 Next business day (if ordered before 12 noon).
Please note this option is not available during Sale period (includes Black Friday).

Please note that all Next Day orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day.

Orders placed before 12 noon Friday will be delivered on Monday.

We aim to deliver DPD Next Day deliveries the next working day. However, please note that deliveries to certain postcodes may take longer.

Our courier partners may not be able to call you on arrival so please ensure that you provide a delivery address where the shipment can be received during business hours and signed by you. If you want delivery to a neighbour or left in a safe place, you can arrange this with DPD when order is shipped.

There are a small number of postcodes in the United Kingdom where Next Day or Saturday delivery may not be available, please contact   care@finerylondon.com   for guidance.

If there are any issues with your recent order, such as missing, faulty or wrong items, please notify our Customer Service team within 5 working days of delivery.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We aim to ship orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday to Saturday on the same day however cannot guarantee this.

All orders are shipped from the UK.  

We’re unable to deliver on public holidays or Sundays, so please allow an extra working day.
